Tzoro Global Advisory respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, the subject of your message and the message itself.
When you use our international order form we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We use these details only to invoice and deliver your order.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Payments
Book purchases are processed by Paystack on its own secure pages. Tzoro Global Advisory never sees or stores your card details. Paystack shares the order details we need to fulfil and deliver your order.
Retention
We keep contact messages only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and meet any legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
